Subject: Rese park

I flew 3 or 4 times a week a Rese Park last year .
But this year I cant fly because some stupid Piping Plover thinks the
kite is a Bird of pray, Those ecologist are messin with my fun.
Ok I underestand the bird thing but when are they going to be
finished so I can fly there again?
P.s. Saturday Mirmade parade 12 noon at Coney Island
 bring your kite a bunch of people will be flying right by the
Parachute Jump after the Parade

Is your kite one of those darned noisy stunters?  If it is a peaceful
restful place for birds, animals and people, and you are ripping the
sky apart with a speedwing or the like, then I'd be inclined to
side with the ecologists.
