I Have an little question about the Quadrifoil Competition (C-2 4m2) I own this kite for about 2 months orso and i must say it is an superb engine for an buggy or what ever possible. The power of the kite is verry well (6 Bft +- 300 Kg pull power) and the kite is i think one of the fastest with steering (For an Foil of this size and power). But now after some expiriments with the Competition i have discoverd that Graham Kites had made an little error with the under bridle (Sorry if i write it wrong but my English S*cks) but whats the error : The Under Bridle and the Upper bridle are coming towards one point (Thats because it will stear so fast) but the have used to get these bridles together an aluminium O-ring and after flying some days you will discover that your underline (Bridle) is almost rubbed throug and wil not last any longer. The best solution to prevent this problem is to use an : (Sorry for maybe an bad explanation but dont know how to write the dutch word "Wartel" in English so i will give it an try) But instead of the aluminium ring you use an little thingy that looks like two O rings with an Ball-Bearing between it (But it must not be longer than 3 Cm's orso. An other tip for the Qudrifoil Competition is : If you have some problems with the kite for rising up in the wind (So it will lift verry slowly) the just make the under Bridle for just about 2 Cm's longer. Me and 2 of my friends have all an Quadrifoil Competition and we are using it mostly to drive Buggy on different places in the Netherlands but we had all the same problem that the foil is going up at an verry low speed but after making the underlines longer it is going much better an the foil is easyer to hanle and more possible to do some tricks. Ok thats all folks if you have any questions or some comments about my (BAD) Enlish let me know i'am always intrested to learn some new words.
