It has been lightly re-formatted by me, to look OK on news, and each section split into a different posting, for easier reference and to avoid the fact that some sites can't propogate large articles. I did consider compressing and uuencoding it, but then remembered that most sites compress mail batches before transfer (at least, the ones which are volume-cost sensitive, like dial-up sites, do), and re-compressing a compressed file usually makes it bigger.
