I propose May 18-21 (the weekend before Memorial Day holiday). My suggestion is for a non-event, just a gathering of interested buggiers. Want to race, do it. Want to cruise, lots of room for that too. Manufactures are all welcome, the more cool stuff the better. We can use Roach Lake, and Jean Lake without permits. I'll check on getting the necessary permit for Ivanpah. These dry lakes are in the California/Nevada border area, approx. 45 miles from Las Vegas. There are 3 hotels and various restaurants just to the north end of Ivanpah. Weather should be excellent in May. Please let me know if you need details ( directions, hotels etc.). Hope to see lots of you there. -- Karen Gustavson karengus@rain.org = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = Date: Wed, 19 Apr 1995 07:00:06 -1000 From: coreykite@aol.com (Coreykite) Message-Id: <3n3fim$noj@newsbf02.news.aol.com> Organization: America Online, Inc. El Mirage because it is closer and has more terrain choices. If you need a room, use the Days Inn in Adelanto. They give a discount to Buggyers. aoxomoxoa coreykite@aol.com = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = Date: Thu, 20 Apr 1995 11:53:25 -1000 From: karengus@rain.org () Message-Id: <3n6l4l$29l@news.rain.org> Organization: RAIN Public Access Internet (805) 967-RAIN Subject: Re: Ivanpah.Buggy.May El Mirage sounds like the place.
