The regular fat tyres and red plastic wheels that most people use tend to be designed for boat trailers, drilled out to accept bearings. If your local kite store can't help, try a chandler's (sp? boat-bit-shop) I think that Peter Lynn may be pesuaded to sell his neat alloy wheels on their own. Andrew -- New to rec.kites? I am new to buggies, but what I learned from the pro's at Ivanpah, about the wheels, is this. The red plastic wheels are found in US hardware stores as replacement "wheelbarrow" wheels/tires. Bearings are in em' already the way I understand it. The new alloy wheels in favor, are of the welded together variety.
