Your Order:

We try to process and ship your order the the same day as received. Remember, we are on eastern standard time, 10am to 10pm. Please place your order early in the day so shipment can be made the same day, if possible. All UPS red label orders take precedence.

How to Order:

If you have ordered from us in the past, you have been assigned a customer I.D. number which is found just below the Invoice number on one of our sales tickets. This number helps us in confirming your address, phone number, payment terms and any other pertinent information.

You may order by phone (the thing you place next to your ear), by fax (the paper thing), or on the Internet. Our INTERNET address is

If you haven't ordered from us before, just give us your name & address, payment terms, how you want it shipped, etc. That info will be kept on file. Please include your phone number, in case we have any questions.

The best way to order is by our part number (Example:TT-450). If you don't see the part you want, we might have it in stock anyway. New items are always coming in. New fittings are always being ordered, so check with us first.


All orders are shipped by UPS ground, insured, within the continental US, unless requested otherwise. All shipments are shipped F.O.B. Richmond, Va.

Other carriers may be specified but at the full cost to the customer.

UPS red (overnight air), blue (2 day air) or 3 day select (guaranteed 3 day) may also be used but the actual UPS extra charges are paid by the customer. For COD, please add $4.75 as imposed by UPS.

Any claims for damage must be reported to the carrier. Please let us know as soon as possible so a replacement shipment can be arranged.

Shipments to Canada and Mexico are sent by post office, air parcel post, insured, fully paid by the customer.

Overseas shipping is by post office, air or ground, insured. If shipped by post office, the maximum length is only 42 inches. UPS is faster and allows a maximum length of 84 inches, but the cost is generally higher.

Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card or Discover. If you phone in your order, please supply the credit card number, expiraton date and name on the card. If you prefer to send a check, the order will be held until the check is received. If you have an open account with us (Net 10) shipment can be made right away. For COD, on all orders over $100 in value, cash only (or secured funds) will apply. On any overpayments, credit will remain on your account with us. On underpayment, you will be notified and the shipment will be held or you will be invoiced for the difference.

Your sales slip is shipped with your goods or in the US mail as indicated by notation on the package.

All Virginia customers, please include 4.5% for state sales tax.

The charge for a returned check from the bank is $20.00

Any net 10 accounts that go delinquent will revert to COD status. Overseas payments may be made by Visa or Master Card or a check payable in U.S. dollars.
