If you want to query the FAQ by Email, you will have to contruct your own URL. It will look something like this:
http://www.kfs.org/cgi-bin/kite-fest?aaa=bbb&ccc=ddd&fff=ggg
where aaa, ccc and fff are the fields you wish to specify and bbb, ddd and ggg are the partial field contents that you are looking for. Note the "?" after "kite-fest" and the "&" between the multiple search criteria. Here's an example, which selects all the festivals in the USA, which have "wind" in the name:
http://www.kfs.org/cgi-bin/kite-fest?name=wind&country=usa
The field names are: from, till, name, address, location, place, country, voice, email
