     The "GREMLIN" by Condor kites is designed and balanced to do 
this  stunt easily.  And, It does it incredibly well.  They  call 
the  stunt  "The YO-YO".  I have actually done  double  wraps  in 
light wind.  Indeed the lines draped over the nose, allows you to 
continue to steer the kite until you pull on the lines to  unwrap 
it.  This is an entry level kite available through Into The Wind.  
It retails for about $75.00 including lines and handles.
