     Regarding  the festival in Verdun: This is an  International 
Festival  with  demonstrations of the most elaborate  kites  from 
around  the World.  This years festival had a very  large  budget 
and has arranged for the very best kite celebrities from about 20 
different countries.  If you have never seen the magnificence  of 
these international kites, I recommend that you make every attemt 
to  be there.  My team, The Flight Squadron, will  represent  the 
U.S. for the Dual Line Team catagory.
