I don't know what that means but anyway; When you set about test flying a newly manufactured kite, you will save a lot of time if you first use short fly line. I suggest about 30 feet long at first. This also helps if the winds are very low. If the wind is strong, try 50 ft. If you don't have a collection of various lengths of line, then just wind up the excess onto the handle and don't worry about the lines being exactly equal. Within 1 inch should be close enough for intial testing. Good Luck Doc. Ron Reich
