Subject: Where to get kite info...?

Hi,

I recently moved to Livermore, California, a place with lots of wind and
not many power lines.  Seven or eight years ago a friend gave me a kite called
a "Cheetah" (triangle shape, two strings...).  He left town and the kite has
been sitting in a closet for years.  Today I took it out and, after about a
dozen crashes, realized I know nothing about flying it.  Are there FAQs, or a
web page, or a book anyone can recommend to help me have fun with my kite?
