March 18th and 19th, 1995
AKA Sanction (Applied for)

For the past three years this event has been AKA Sanctioned so 
contestants can get points for this event.

This event is held at a large park in the middle of town. The weather 
for the past several years has been good. Last year it was so warm most 
of us got burned.

This event is organized by the Waco Leasure [sp] Department. This 
kite event is usually held in conjunction with many other wind related 
sports activities. On the lake is the Sail boat races. On the river, 
next to the kite field is the sculling races. Down the road by the lake 
are the RC planes. And many other activities.

Regristration forms will be mailed out the end of this week. If you
