I've flown the Cyborg a bit. I find the handling precise with some oversteer. It really doesn't fly much differently than a more conventionally shaped stunt kite. I've also flown a number of the Banshee kites. They fly quite a bit differently than other kites. With the numerous batens, the kite is quiet. The curved leading edge makes the flight look odd, it's sometimes hard to tell which way the kite is actually flying. The thing that bothers me about Banshee kites is that they don't really respond very much to speed control. When you pull back on the lines, the leading edge flexes a bit more and the forward speed doesn't change. I move around a lot while flying and this lack of control makes the Banshee less than ideal for me... -- Marty Sasaki Harvard University Sasaki Kite Fabrications sasaki@noc.harvard.edu Network Operations Division 26 Green Street 10 Ware Street Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 Cambridge, MA 02138-4002 phone/fax: 617-522-8546 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
