Drivel... Dangerous and racist drivel that has no place here.

People are NOT created equal. Some cannot ever be more than idiots, 
others are geniuses. Most are somewhere near average.

I simply do NOT believe that any culture or racial subgroup has a 
genetic predisposition to a lower IQ than others. It is however fairly 
well established that the quality of nourishment (both nutrition and 
intellectual) the person receives during their early years affects to 
some extent their subsequent ability to perform.

Personally, I advocate the equality of OPPORTUNITY. What use people 
make of that is down to individual or cultural choice.
