The revolution simulator REVSIM is now available at
ftp@ftp.uni-bremen.de as /incoming/msdos/revsim.zip.
I asked Sven to transfer it to 
ftp@ftp.uni-bremen.de   /pub/rec/kites/simulation/revsim/...
and in a few days it will be mirrored at
ftp@ftp.hawaii.edu.
