Subject: Price of 8ft Flexi ...

I'm looking for an 8ft flexi plus all the bits and bobs (string and handles)
after I had my 6ft half-inched :-(. Can anyone recomend a decent stockist in the
UK with reasonable prices? I have been quoted about 135 PS if my memory
serves me ...

Out of curiosity, what sort of price would this be in the US?

As an aside ... the weather here in Portsmouth was just superb for flying
over the weekend; constant force 7, gusting to 8 :-). I had a play with *2*
stacked 8's ... then after picking myself up put just one of them up,
which was more than enough!

Richard March of Tradewind Kites in Reading (0734 568848) have 8' Pro- 
Team Spar and Sail for UKP110.25, not including line and handles. Join 
White Horse Kite Club first for 10 0iscount (ISTR). (For comparison 
Malvern are quoting UKP115).

I would hope prices in the US are higher, after all Flexifoil is based 
in Newmarket, but I wouldn't count on it :-(

It was pretty exciting at the other end of the county too. Even a single 
6' was making me lean pretty hard. However let's hope the wind is a bit 
less exciting in Portsmouth on 26-28th August for the festival.
