I am planning to order a small batch of custom
pins. There are a couple of domestic pin makers
around, but I thought it could be worth checking
the prices & quality from foreign sources, too.

If you can recommend or warn about pin suppliers,
please email me. (I will summarise and post to rec.kites
if it seems feasible). Please include a fax number.

Simo, 

I checked into some 20 pin makers before ordering the
pins for Air Art.  We have been VERY happy with the 
quality and quick (like 3 weeks) turnaround from Goldner
and Assoc.  They are at 800-251-2656.  

On the other side of the coin, I do NOT recommend 
H&H in the L.A. area.  It only took 1 YEAR to get 
the pins and then I returned them because of the
poor quality.

-] fair, UK 800 numbers can't be dialed from the USA).
