For any that caught my message suggesting that Frank What's-His-Face is
really Phil Manchester, get the Winter-Spring 1987 issue of KiteLines
magazine [Volume 6, Number 3].  Starting on page 9 is a letter from a
Phil Manchester from the UK.  I cannot do justice to the letter- just
read it for yourself.
