Subject: Korea festival on TV

So, it's 5 a.m., I can't sleep, so I turn on the TV.
Lo and behold, it's footage of a kite festival!
Naturally, I catch only the last 20 seconds or so, not
enough time to power up the VCR.  Many vaguely familiar kites
flashed by on the screen.  I think it was footage from a festival
in Korea, I saw some signs indicating that at least.  This
was being shown at the tail end of the NBC News (very) early
morning news show. Who knows, they may show it again later 
in the day.  Just thought I would let you know.
I'll try to get some sleep now...  |-)
