I have one set that I purchased pre-assembled that appear to be spliced together. Unfortuneately neither my eyes or nerves will permit that option. And since I want to add 2 more Flexi's to the stack, I need some more lines made up. I have some 300 pound test SkyBond that I intend to use. But what about knots?? Do I need to sleeve SkyBond? Can I just use an overhand loop or should I use a more sophisicated knot (Bowline??)?? Any comments appreciated. I fly my 2-Flexi train (Yeah I know when I get more money I'll expand, Okay?) with Skybond training lines on wich I have used two overhand knots. I flew the stack at force 7 winds and it did my arms more harm then the lines. So just a quick one or two knots and your on your way. GO FLY A KITE ! Within its strength limits, it works great. (BTW, I've got some 1600# Skybond-like stuff, and no use for it. It's two, 200ft lengths. Anybody interested?
