Hi 
   My law partner is a kite nut. I would like to buy him a
subscription to a kite flyers magazine. I am looking for an offline
magazine as he is computer literate.

Kitelines is the oldest publication around and although the publication
schedule tends to be rather irregular (they don't always get it out on a
quarterly basis); it is well worth the wait and $16.00 annual?
subscription.  You cannot go wrong with this one.
