Subject: kite mag address?

I received an answer to my post regarding the WIPCAT which referenced an 
article in Kitelines.  Since Daytona Beach is in the dark ages when it 
comes to real kite activity, can someone send me a line on how I can get 
an copy of this issue? Spring/Summer 94, vol 10, no. 4 is the one I was 
told has a good write up on it.

Even the mag address for back ordering would be fine, but if you have a 
copy extra, that's be special....
