Subject: kite festival metz (FR)

i heard from a kite festival in metz (france), which should happen
at 12.-13. august. i didn't found any info in the festival faqs:-(
could someone send me a contact address or some infos?

BTW, our(drachenclub pegasus woerth) first festival will be happen 
at 16.-17. september at schloss stutensee near karlsruhe.
