Karen Gustavson, with characteristic grace, has bowed to tradition and the general agreement is El Mirage. True, Ivanpah has those extremely convenient hotel/casinos at the top end, but El Mirage has a wide variety of terrain to test many skill levels, and no bureaucratic restrictions.
