This kite is a work of art, and really is opening my imagination. Beautiful kite Mark. No wonder he was chosen a best new kite for 1994. = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = Date: Tue, 17 Jan 1995 12:04:00 -1000 From: steveth@netcom.com (Steve Thomas) Message-Id: Organization: VisionAire, San Francisco, CA Subject: Deca != Rev (WAS: Re: Synergy decca?) I was going to post something, but Marty already said everything I was going to say. One note: the 31 (I forget it's real name--somebody?) flies better because it's a better wing shape. The reason is all the panels: the 31 panels can be shaped into a more intricate shape than the (fewer) panels of the less expensive Deca's. Or at least that was the theory I heard (somebody please correct me if I don't have this quite right). I had never thought of flying a Quad--and I've done a *lot* of competition flying all over the world. The Deca (and Guildworks products in general) has changed my mind... I think the Deca is going to open up a whole new realm of new moves possible to quads (but what do I know about new moves, anyhow?). If you're a Rev flyer, give the Deca some time--and try to re-learn what you know about flying quad... -- _______ Steve Thomas steveth@netcom.com "Consequences, shmonsequences, as long as I'm rich." -- Daffy Duck = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
