I kinda like how it moves with me as I shift around in the buggy. Are there any safety concerns with a rigid springback versus one that flops around a bit?? I would love some feedback. Here is the answer from Julian Wolfe-Patrick : John. The Spring Back was designed to be mounted rigid, so that your back had the same support throughout 180x and when you get ejected out of the buggy the Spring Back remains in position so you don't have to fiddle around with your kite in the air trying to put the Spring Back in it's upright position ! This said I would like to say that we have been using the "Parsons Pocket" as an alternative to the brackets, giving us the movement you like so well, also the possibility to fold the Spring Back by simply pulling it out of the pocket and placing it on the seat, the only safety consideration is that when you are pulled forward and remain in the seat the Spring Back could fold forward and you could have the top of it in your back, otherwise we are very happy with this solution. I'm glad that you like the results and I wish you many miles of enjoyement with your Buggy & Spring Back.
