Dave, I quoted the inside cover of "MY" copy of the book sitting here beside my keyboard. I do suspect that the book has been reissued under a different ISBN. ( I did confirm this) Thanx for the correction. As you stated for new orders the ISBN is 0-312-08966-x and the FAQ should be updated. Both numbers are correct...but the cross ref will not show the older number.
